A. Many people want to own luxury Swiss watches but don’t want to pay full list price for them. This is why buying pre-owned is useful. Pre-owned watches allow people to enjoy famous brands and designs on their wrist whilst paying significantly less for the pleasure.
A. All watches sold by TWSPO are checked by us and our dealers to ensure the watches authenticity. We will do our best to ensure that all watches come with all paperwork to prove authenticity.
A. We source pre-owned watches that are in like new or unworn condition. If we feel a watch doesn’t fit into one of these categories then we will describe the condition the best we can within the advert. Alternatively you can call 01442 801130 for information.
A. We will try our best to always source watches with the original paperwork. In some cases this may not happen. The watch description will state what paperwork is with the watch.
A. We try and source all our pre-owned watches with original paperwork and manufacturer’s warranty. In the absences of this a TWSPO 1 year warranty will be with the watch. For more information see our policies.
A. We are able to deliver to international addresses. We use FedEx to courier our goods internationally. To countries within the EU there is a £45 delivery charge and for countries outside of the EU there is a £85 delivery charge.
A. Yes we can. Delivery is charged at the same rate. Providing the necessary security checks match up.
A. Yes, providing the watch is in stock with us, as most of our pre-owned watches are then it will be available for collection upon receipt of a confirmed order. You will need to make an appointment by phone first.
A. Yes. We offer a FREE watch sizing service before the watch is dispatched or collected. As long as you provide the measurements we can size it for you. (Please note some pre-owned watches may not have all links present so extra links may be required. Links required are chargeable extras. We will quote for as required).
